Before the titles, television appearances, and runway moments, Vienne Luna was a little girl with big dreams, raised by a strong single motherwho taught her the value of faith, independence, and perseverance. She once imagined herself as Darna or Marimar, but never seriously thought she would end up in front of cameras or speaking to crowds. Naturally introverted, Vienne had to learn that confidence does not always come first. Sometimes, you just have to take the leap and trust yourself along the way.
Her journey into pageantry and entertainment became a lesson in embracing the unfamiliar. From modeling to television, hosting, and acting, every opportunity pushed her beyond her comfort zone. And while the spotlight may suggest a woman who has always been confident, Vienne is refreshingly honest about still being a work in progress. Aside from being a part of Farah Models, she also teaches Personality Development in Farah Models Camp. “Before, I used to think confidence was something you needed before taking that first step. Now, I've realized that sometimes confidence comes after you've taken it,” she shares. It's a mindset that would eventually lead her back to one of her biggest challenges: Century Tuna SuperBods.
Vienne's SuperBods story began in 2022, when she made it to the Top 8 but did not win. Four years later, she returned with a deeper understanding of fitness, self-worth, and what it means to be strong. Having experienced hormonal health challenges and recovered from an ACL injury, she learned that fitness isn't about forcing the body to fit an ideal, but respecting what it can do. Winning Century Tuna SuperBods 2026 was a full-circle moment, but the victory also gave her something bigger: a platform to speak about women's health, body confidence, and empowerment. “It's about respecting what your body can do and taking care of it,” she explains.
For Vienne, however, advocacy has never been just a pageant talking point. As one of the heads of the Rotaract Club of Mandaluyong Uptown, she brings her background in International Studies and her passion for women's rights, human security, and development into community service. Her experiences listening to women workers and learning about the challenges they face inspired her to turn awareness into action. Through Rotaract, she helps bring people together around causes that deserve more attention, including women's health and the fight against violence toward women and children.
One initiative especially close to her heart is Project H.E.R., which stands for Health, Empowerment, and Resilience. The project promotes awareness of women's health concerns, including PCOS, while opening conversations about violence against women and children. Vienne hopes to create spaces where women feel safe, heard, and supported, while encouraging families, communities, and institutions to take part in the conversation. “It's one thing to have an advocacy, but it's another to see people come together and contribute their knowledge, time, and resources toward it,” she says. For her, meaningful change begins when people choose to do something beyond simply talking about a problem.
Balancing entertainment, public appearances, and community work is not always easy, but Vienne sees these worlds as connected rather than competing priorities. Her growing visibility allows her to bring important issues to a wider audience, while her advocacy gives that visibility a deeper purpose. “I don't want winning Superbods to be the peak of my story. I want it to open doors to things that matter beyond myself,” she shares.
And perhaps that's what makes Vienne Luna more than a Superbods winner. She is an actress still finding new ways to tell stories, a woman whose own journey has taught her to take chances, and an advocate who wants other women to feel empowered to do the same. Beyond the crown and the cameras, she hopes to be remembered for helping others believe in what once seemed impossible. “I hope they would say that I didn't keep the opportunities I was given to myself. That I shared what I could, helped where I could, and made people feel a little more capable of facing their own challenges. Because if there's one thing I've learned from everything I've experienced so far, it's that strength is more meaningful when it's shared.” #CoolisinSession
